Mea culpa! My fault! I was overly optimistic when finalizing the May 3rd bulletin. My apologies for any confusion about the Mass schedule during the upcoming week (May 4 through May 10). I sent in our HFB bulletin to Liturgical Publications on Tuesday morning. This was before the bishops of Iowa made their press release to continue the suspension of public Masses.
I will be celebrating the Mass intentions as publicized or listed in our HFB bulletin. The church doors and handles will be disinfected prior to Mass on weekdays and weekends NOW and once the suspension of public Masses is lifted. The 4:00 pm Mass on Saturday, May 9 and the 8:30 am Mass on Sunday, May 10 will not be public Masses. Mea culpa! My fault! Sorry about any confusion this may cause. If anyone is interested in joining me for a weekday Mass you must contact me via the phone, a text message, or an email.
